数字经济的蓬勃发展促进了传统企业的数字化转型。数字化转型何以提升企业创新绩效，成为业界和学术界关注的热点问题。本文基于动态能力的中介效应，对341份中国物流企业样本进行实证检验。研究结果表明，数字化转型有利于企业创新绩效的提升，具体通过感知能力、整合能力和学习能力三个动态能力维度正向影响企业创新绩效，且感知能力的作用尤为突出。此外，通过对不同维度动态能力与创新绩效之间的定性比较分析发现，感知能力、整合能力、学习能力均作为因果条件，在“数字化转型驱动型”与“动态能力核心型”两大构型中发挥重要作用。动态能力的构建是物流企业在创新方面取得卓越成就的关键环节，要注重发挥动态能力在创新发展中的作用。物流企业要善于借助数字化转型实现创新发展，培养数字化转型战略思维，注重数字化转型战略的有效制定和执行。

The booming development of the digital economy has facilitated the digital transformation of traditional enterprises. Whether and how digital transformation can enhance corporate innovation performance has become a hot issue in the industry and academia. This paper empirically tests a sample of 341 Chinese logistics enterprises based on the mediating effect of dynamic capabilities. The findings suggest that digital transformation is conducive to the improvement of corporate innovation performance. Digital transformation positively affects firms' innovation performance through the three dynamic capability dimensions of perceiving capability, integrating capability and learning capability, and the role of perceiving capability is particularly prominent. In addition, a qualitative comparative analysis of the relationship between different dimensions of dynamic capabilities and innovation performance reveals that perceptual capabilities, integration capabilities, and learning capabilities all play an important role as causal conditions in the “digital transformation-driven” and “dynamic capabilities-centered” configurations. At the same time, the construction of dynamic capabilities is an important part of the logistics industry. Meanwhile, the construction of dynamic capabilities is the key link for logistics enterprises to achieve outstanding achievements in innovation, and the role of dynamic capabilities in innovation and development should be emphasized. Therefore, logistics enterprises should be good at realizing innovative development through digital transformation, cultivating strategic thinking on digital transformation, and focusing on the effective formulation and implementation of digital transformation strategies.
