基于马克思主义党建理论与中国革命、建设和改革的实践,陈云在从严治党方面提出过许多具有独创性的论断和主张,形成了较为系统的从严治党思想有机整体,并呈现出以组织建设为依托、以党风建设为先导、以纪律建设为保障的三位一体的特征。全面把握陈云从严治党思想的总体格局,深度分析陈云从严治党思想的结构特征,对于新时期进一步推进全面从严治党、不断加强和改进党的领导具有重大意义。
Abstract：Based on the theory of Marxist Party-building and the practice of Chinese revolution,construction and reformation,CHEN Yun put forward many creative assertions and claims and formed an organic whole of strengthening Party selfdiscipline.The theory of strengthening Party self-discipline reflected the structural characteristics which were the organize construction as the basis,the ideology construction as the guideline,and the discipline construction as the guarantee.It has important significance for promoting comprehensive governing Party further and strengthening and improving the Party's leadership to grasp the overall pattern and analyze the characteristics of CHEN Yun's theory of strengthening Party self-discipline in the new era.
