从全国范围来看,我国客观上存在着经济发展水平差异较为明显的东、中、西三大区域。和经济的发展趋势相对应,我国区域高等教育也呈现出按三个梯度逐步推进的非均衡发展模式。高等教育发展的不均衡是造成区域经济发展不协调的一个重要因素。国家应加强对区域高等教育发展的宏观调控,提高地方政府办学的积极性,坚持效率优先、兼顾公平的原则,正确处理区域高等教育发展中均衡与非均衡的关系,保证教育的均衡发展,促进区域经济的协调发展。
Abstract:From the scope of the whole country, there are clear differences between the East, Central and West regions of China in the developing standard of economy. With the correspondence to the trend of the economic development, the regional higher education of our country has been developing in an imbalanced pattern gradually pushed forward in three steps. The imbalance of higher education development is a major factor that makes the regional economy develop inharmoniously. The government of the country should strengthen the macro-regulation of the regional higher education development. The local governments' enthusiasm of running schools should be encouraged. Insisting on efficiency first and giving consideration to fair principles, the government should correctly deal with the relationship between balance and imbalance in developing higher education. Balancing development of education should be ensured and the harmonious development of the regional economy should be increased.
