课程思政是筑牢中外合作办学的重要环节，要进一步破解课程思政在融入中外合作办学中存在的多重困局，就要为中外合作办学注入全新的思政元素。课程思政提升了中外合作办学的核心竞争力，也为中国文化的传播提供了全新平台。中外合作办学与课程思政协同育人的发展过程中，要以党的领导为核心实现对课程思政建设效果的有效管理，以师资分类为抓手实现课程思政与教师队伍的合理衔接，以人才培养为目标落实课程思政与课程内涵的结合，以制度建设为牵引推动课程思政沃土育苗的渐进发展。

Ideological and political education in curriculum is an important formation of building Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools(CFCR),and it is necessary to further solve the multiple difficulties in the integration of ideological and political education in curriculum into CFCR. It is necessary to inject new ideological and political elements into CFCR. Ideological and political education in curriculum has enhanced the core competitiveness of CFCR, and CFCR has also provided a new platform for the dissemination of Chinese culture. In the development process of CFCR and ideological and political education in curriculum collaborative education, it is necessary to take the leadership of the party as the core to achieve effective manage of the effect of ideological and political education in curriculum construction, and use the classification of teachers as the starting point to achieve a reasonable connection between ideological and political education in curriculum and the teaching team. With the goal of talent training, the combination of ideological and political education in curriculum and curriculum connotation should be implemented, and the gradual development of ideological and political education in curriculum seedlings should be promoted with the guidance of system construction.
