"文革"的发动与当时中国的宪法运行机制存在着密切的联系。"法外制度"与"法内制度"的相悖,消解了阻止"文革"发动的外部屏障。可见宪法功能的弱化失去了阻止"文革"爆发的最后屏障。
Abstract：The launch of "the Cultural Revolution" was closely related with the organism of the Chinese Constitution at that time. The contradiction between "the systems out of the laws" and "the systems within the laws" failed on the external circumstances to prevent the launching of "the Cultural Revolution". The internal weakness of the functions of the constitution was not able to prevent the break-out of "the Cultural Revolution". To set up an example of the leaders themselves plays an important part in performing the rules by law.
