进入新时代以来，中国特色科学家精神不断被赋予新的内涵，爱国精神和创新精神被提到前所未有的高度，形成了以科技强国为核心的新时代中国特色科学家精神。新时代中国特色科学家精神既是科学家精神中国化和时代化的优秀成果，也是全面建成创新型国家和加快建设世界科技强国的强大精神动力。传承与发展新时代中国特色科学家精神必须坚持党对科技事业的领导，坚持科技发展服务于经济民生，使广大科技工作者在新时代实现自我价值、社会价值，回报祖国、服务人民。

Since the new era, the scientist spirit with Chinese characteristics has been continuously endowed with new connotations, and the patriotic spirit and innovative spirit have been raised to an unprecedented height, forming the scientist spirit with Chinese characteristics in the new era with “a scientific and technological leader” as the core. The scientist spirit with Chinese characteristics in the new era is not only an excellent achievement of the sanitization and modernization of scientist spirit, but also a strong spiritual driving force for building an innovative country in an all-round way and accelerating the construction of a world power of science and technology. To inherit and develop the spirit of scientists with Chinese characteristics in the new era, we must adhere to the party's leadership over the cause of science and technology, and scientific and technological development serves the economy and people's livelihood, so that the majority of scientific and technological workers can realize their self-worth and social value in the new era, repay the motherland and serve the people.
