科学文化故事化叙事的学理逻辑在于科学文化哲学“明理”内涵的规约及故事化叙事的“大众化要求”与“共情”能力；旨意在于构建一种以“崇善”价值为核心的具有普适性的新中国科学精神，以此推动中国传统文化现代化建设；价值在于借助精神的内涵和情感在激变的文化现实和国际关系中寻求文化建构的力量，通过促进文化认同，对内铸牢中华民族共同体意识，对外推动构建人类命运共同体，同时提高国家文化软实力。这一文化实践不仅是科学普及与传播，也是“讲好中国故事”的历史性深化或2.0版。
Abstract：The practice of story-telling narration of scientific culture, as for theoretical logic, lies firstly in the philosophical emphasis on value of scientific culture, secondly in the popular requirement and empathy ability of story-telling narration. Its purport is to construct a universal new scientific spirit of China with “good” at its core to promote the modernization of Chinese traditional culture. Its value is by seeking the power of cultural construction in the changing cultural reality and international relations, to enhance internally the community of the Chinese nation and help to build externally a community with a shared future for mankind, as well as to improve the national cultural soft power of China. This cultural practice is thus set to be a historic deepening or Version 2.0 not only of the popularization and communication of scientific culture, but also of telling Chinese stories well.
