教师实践智慧:理解、建构教师教育理论与实践融合的关键

摘要:

作为一种专业教育,教师教育是理论与实践融合的教育。面对现实中理论与实践的分离,寻找分析、理解、建构教师教育理论与实践融合的关键点成为必须,而实践智慧提供了这种可能。实践智慧是知、行、情、意的统一,不仅包括对理论的理解、对实践的感知和对德行的自觉,还包括对实践本身的反思。探寻教师实践智慧,建构教师教育理论与实践融合的路径在于:理论中融入实践,实践中提升理论。

Abstract:

As a professional education,the education for teacher is a kind of education which combines the theory and practical.It is necessary to find the important point to analyze,understand and build the combination of the educational theory and practical in the face of the theory and practical separation,however the practical wisdom provided the possibility.practical wisdom is the unification of the knowing,doing,feeling and meaning,not only including the understanding of theory,the awareness of practice and the consciousness of virtue,and also including the reflection to the practice itself.Explore the teachers' practical wisdom,construct the path integration of theory and practice of teachers' education that theory into the practice,practice lifting theory.
