针对新时代宣传思想工作,习近平总书记基于马克思主义的一贯主张和新时代的历史定位,始终秉持和倡导"人民性"的价值取向。新时代宣传思想工作的"人民性"要求,是人民意愿、人民主体和人民需要的有力呈现。为此,新时代宣传思想工作必须从广大人民的根本利益出发,立足于人民意愿,共筑"人民幸福"的美好愿景,实现好人民的根本利益;必须立足于人民主体,尊重人民的主体地位,维护好人民的根本利益;必须立足于人民的现实需求,切实满足人民对精神文化的需要,发展好人民的根本利益;必须将党性和人民性的统一作为根本遵循,把"实现好、维护好、发展好最广大人民的根本利益"作为核心内容和根本任务。

In view of the propaganda and ideological work in the new era, General Secretary Xi Jinping always uphold and advocate the value orientation of "people's nature" based on the consistent stand of Marx doctrine and the historical orientation of the new era. The "people's nature" requirement of propaganda and ideological work in the new era is a powerful presentation of people's will, people's main body and people's needs. Therefore, the propaganda and ideological work in the new era must proceed from the fundamental interests of the broad masses of the people, based on the wishes of the people, build a beautiful vision of "people's happiness" and realize the fundamental interests of the people; it must be based on the people's main body, respect the people's principal position, and safeguard the people's fundamental interests; it must be based on the actual needs of the people, and earnestly meet the people's spiritual and cultural needs It is necessary to develop the fundamental interests of the people; the unity of the party spirit and the people's nature must be taken as the fundamental principle, and "realizing, maintaining and developing the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the people" should be taken as the core content and fundamental task.
