平台权力是指平台运行过程中平台企业基于技术优势、信息优势、资源优势和服务提供优势而形成对平台空间内各参与主体的强大控制力。本研究通过构建“权力主体—资本—技术”分析框架，系统分析了平台权力的表现特征和生成逻辑，研究发现：平台权力呈现出渗透性、隐蔽性、非对抗性以及控制性的特点；平台权力的生成是以政府公权力与个人私权利的让渡为逻辑起点，以资本主体与数字技术的利益共谋为基础，以平台基础设施化与基础设施平台化为重要手段。本研究从法律规制、监管效能、资源配置、人机伦理等四个方面对平台权力的无序扩张进行规制，以推动我国数字经济持续健康发展。

Platform power refers to the powerful controlling power of platform enterprises on the platform space based on their technological advantages, information advantages, resource advantages and service provision advantages. By constructing the framework of “power subject-capital-technology”, this research systematically analyzes the performance characteristics and generation logic of platform power, and finds that: platform power presents the characteristics of penetration, concealment, non-antagonism and control; The generation of platform power is based on the transfer of government public power and individual private rights as the logical starting point, the interest collusion between capital subjects and digital technology as the basis, and the establishment of platform foundation and infrastructure platform as an important means.This study regulates the disorderly expansion of platform power from four aspects, including legal regulation, regulatory efficiency, resource allocation and human-machine ethics, so as to promote the sustainable and healthy development of China's digital economy.
