党的自我革命制度规范体系的本质属性是以自我革命为主题的制度集合，发挥制度集合效能的关键在于制度执行力建设。完善党的自我革命制度规范体系不仅要注重制度构建，更要增强制度执行力。面对党的自我革命制度规范执行中存在的执行难、执行弱、执行梗阻、执行走样等执行力不强问题，必须强化党的自我革命制度规范体系执行力。要加强党的领导提高对党的自我革命制度规范体系执行力认识的政治站位；坚持系统观念夯实党的自我革命制度规范体系执行力的基础；坚持问题导向健全党的自我革命制度规范体系执行机制；抓住“关键少数”提升党的自我革命制度规范体系执行主体的制度意识；涵养政治生态优化党的自我革命制度规范体系执行环境。

The essential attribute of the systems and regulations for the Party's self-reform is a collection of institutions with self-reform as the theme and the key to bringing the institutional collections fully effective consists in the construction of institutional execution power. Improving the systems and regulations for the Party's self-reform should not only focus on institutional construction, but also enhance the execution power of the institution. Faced with the difficulties in carrying out the systems and regulations for Party's self-reform, such as “difficult to execute”, weak execution, obstruction of execution, and deviation in execution, it is necessary to strengthen the construction of the systems and regulations for the Party's self-reform in terms of execution. We need to strengthen the leadership of the Party and improve our political stance about the improvement of the systems and regulations for the Party's self-reform; Apply systems thinking and lay a good foundation of the systems and regulations for Party's self-reform power; Adopt a problem-oriented approach and improve the implementation system of the Party's self revolutionary system and norms; Seize the “key minority” to enhance the institutional awareness of the executive body of the Party's self-reform institutional normative system; Cultivate political ecology and optimize the implementation environment of the systems and regulations for the Party's self-reform.
