在 2 1世纪 ,国际政治经济形势已经和正在发生的广泛而深刻的变化 ,伴随苏联东欧剧变出现的社会主义“低潮时期综合症”,国际互联网的飞速发展及我国社会急剧变迁过程中出现的许多新情况、新特点 ,将对高校思想政治教育带来严峻挑战。认真研究这些挑战 ,积极制定对策 ,将成为高校思想政治教育的重要任务

In the 21st century, international politics and economic systems have been changing profoundly. With the decreasing importance of the socialist ideology induced by dramatic changes in the Soviet Union and Eastern Europe, with the high speed development of the Internet, and the societal transformations that create new social realities, serious challenges are posed to the ideological education of students. Main tasks of future ideological instruction in higher education should be to seriously study these challenges and institute positive countermeasures.
