数字技术是驱动农业高质量发展的重要工具，要有效发挥数字技术的作用，通过动力转换实现农业强国。本文基于2012-2020年的省级面板数据，构建数字技术与农业高质量发展指标体系，采用双向固定效应模型、中介效应模型和调节效应模型探究数字技术对农业高质量发展的影响及作用机制。实证研究结果表明，数字技术能有效推动农业高质量发展，且通过稳健性检验，分维度分析发现，数字技术对农业高质量发展创新、协调与共享产生的积极影响更突出，而对农业绿色发展的推动作用较弱且不显著；机制分析表明，数字技术通过劳动力非农转移与农业资本深化推动了农业高质量发展，产业结构转型对数字技术推动农业高质量发展具有正向调节作用；相较于山地丘陵区与粮食主产区，数字技术对平原地区与非粮食主产区农业高质量发展的推动效应更明显。因此应进一步强化数字技术在农业高质量发展中的重要作用，为实现农业强国目标赋能。

Digital technology is an important tool for driving the high-quality development of agriculture. It is necessary to effectively leverage the role of digital technology and achieve a strong agricultural country through power transformation. This article is based on provincial panel data from 2012 to 2020, and constructs an indicator system for digital technology and high-quality agricultural development. It uses a bidirectional fixed effect model, intermediary effect model, and regulatory effect model to explore the impact and mechanism of digital technology on high-quality agricultural development. The empirical research results indicate that digital technology can effectively promote high-quality agricultural development, and through robustness testing and dimensional analysis, it is found that digital technology has a more prominent positive impact on innovation, coordination, and sharing of high-quality agricultural development, while its driving effect on green agricultural development is weak and not significant. Mechanism analysis shows that digital technology has promoted high-quality agricultural development through the transfer of labor force to non agricultural areas and the deepening of agricultural capital. The transformation of industrial structure has a positive regulatory effect on the promotion of high-quality agricultural development by digital technology; Compared to mountainous and hilly areas and major grain producing areas, digital technology has a more significant driving effect on the high-quality development of agriculture in plain areas and non grain producing areas. Therefore, the important role of digital technology in the high-quality development of agriculture should be further strengthened to empower the goal of achieving a strong agricultural country.
