乡村振兴战略下，强化专业培训是提升返乡创业企业发展质量、实现返乡创业高质量发展的重要手段。本文基于全国2139个返乡创业企业的调查数据，构建返乡创业企业发展质量评价指标体系，实证分析了专业培训对返乡创业企业发展质量的影响及其作用机制。研究结果表明，劳动力参加专业培训能显著提升返乡创业企业发展质量；异质性分析发现，相较于第一、三产业和东部地区，劳动力参加专业培训对第二产业、中部和西部地区的返乡创业企业发展质量影响更显著；机制分析发现，劳动力参加专业培训主要通过社会关系网络、政策信息获取和企业财务管理规范性提升返乡创业企业发展质量。因此，建议地方政府要高度重视返乡创业劳动力的专业培训，根据劳动力返乡创业的产业和区域，采取差异化的专业培训策略，通过专业化培训助推返乡创业企业的高质量发展。

Professional training is an important means to improve the development quality of homecoming entrepreneurial enterprises and achieve high-quality development of homecoming entrepreneurship. Based on the survey data of 2139 returning entrepreneurial enterprises nationwide, a quality indicator system for the development of returning entrepreneurial enterprises was constructed, and the impact and mechanism of professional training on the development quality of returning entrepreneurial enterprises were empirically analyzed. The research results indicate that the participation of labor in professional training can significantly improve the quality of the development of returning entrepreneurial enterprises; Heterogeneity analysis found that compared to the primary and tertiary industries and developed eastern regions, labor force participation in professional training has a significant impact on the development quality of returning entrepreneurial enterprises in the secondary industry and central and western regions; Mechanism analysis found that social relationship networks, policy information acquisition, and standardized financial management of enterprises are important intermediaries for the participation of labor in professional training to promote the quality improvement of the development of returning entrepreneurial enterprises. Therefore, local governments should attach great importance to the professional training of returning entrepreneurial labor force, and adopt differentiated professional training strategies based on the industry and region where the labor force returns to their hometowns for entrepreneurship, in order to promote the high-quality development of returning entrepreneurial enterprises through training.
