神圣性德育的内核、机制与途径

摘要(Abstract):
道德心理研究越来越关注神圣性的作用,逐渐厘清了神圣性的两个相对独立的维度:宗教性和精神性。宗教性是神圣性的外化表现之一,与道德行为无必然关联,甚至可能带来诸如外群体歧视等消极效应;而精神性则是神圣性内化的精神内核,成为一种内部需求和体验,是道德行为的决定性因素。道德心理研究还对神圣性德育效应的心理机制进行了大量研究,发现因果观发展了道德认知,超越了眼前利益,体现出超越性的道德智慧;敬畏感发展了道德情感,通过与神圣力量的一体化,超越了世俗情欲,产生强大的道德行为动力;监视感发展了道德意志,形成了自律和自觉的道德品质。探索中国传统文化中的精神性内核与心理机制,有助于发挥神圣性在道德教育中的积极作用,也是中国德育工作者的神圣职责。
