跨界人:教师教育者的身份定位及其关键素养

摘要(Abstract):
教师教育者不是"师范院校教师""优秀中小学教师"的代名词,而是行走在优秀教育实践者与教育学术研究者间的"跨界人",理应归属于一种特殊专业类型——复合型专业。当代教师教育者界定中面临的两大困惑是无边界性和两极性。跨界性是专业教师教育者的根本职业属性,职业功能的二阶性是其专业复杂性所在。作为游弋在"象牙塔和田野"之间的"跨界人",教师教育者的关键素养构成包括"理-实"贯通能力、扁平内融型知能结构与教育元认知能力。面向未来,推进教师教育者专业化的教育路径应该是双专业复合教育、子身份整合教育与跨界行动研究。
