组织理论视角的技术标准联盟问题探析Analysis of Organization Theory Perspective of Technology Standard Alliance

摘要(Abstract)：
随着新兴产业的迅猛发展,标准竞争日趋激烈,技术标准联盟正在逐步成为一种重要的战略联盟形式。组织理论提供了技术标准联盟组建、内部管理、风险处理的理论依据。技术标准联盟准市场式的契约型治理结构是现实中最佳的选择。企业借助技术标准联盟来提高绩效体现在合作伙伴的选择、联盟的控制、联盟的组织学习、联盟的冲突协调能力等几个方面。企业在缔结或参加企业技术标准联盟时,规模不宜过大,应根据不同目标选择不同的技术联盟形式,培育企业的核心竞争力。
